This product recall is due to the detection of a trace amount of an unexpected impurity, N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA), made by the manufacturer \u2013 Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. &#8212; that is used in the manufacture of the subject product lots.
