The reason for the recall is the air temperature at the start and end of the pasteurization process is required to be above 150deg F per the Grade “A” Pasteurized Milk Ordinance; the batch in question did not meet that standard. The recall pertains only to “Margie” cheese with a Made Date of 8\/28\/2018 and Best By date of 11\/12\/2018.
