Hot Mama\u2019s Foods), announced today that as a precaution it is voluntarily recalling 304 containers (approximately 114 pounds) of Trader Joe\u2019s Egg White Salad with Chives packaged in 6-ounce plastic containers due to concerns about possible Listeria monocytogenes, an organism, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
