AUSTIN, Texas — Whole Foods Market is recalling select products from its Produce and Prepared Foods departments that contain jalapeños sourced from Coast Citrus Distributors due to potential Salmonella contamination. Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in
